relaxing chambers for cities

Some cities can be very hot in summer time. Visitors would like to have a cool down break. They could for example visit a shop or a restaurant which probably have an air condition. But if you want to relax and perhaps you want to lay down and listen relaxing music, my idea is to place relaxing chambers in the main streets. The picture above is an example. The size and the design can vary by the available space and the city surrounding.
